Garden with a fence, terrace with windshield and a small lawn.
This villa isn't located near the water.
Also opportunity to charge electric car at the house (for a fee), please bring cable of at least 5 metres.

These prices include VAT, endcleaning, administration costs and energy. Only the deposit of €100,00 and the tourist Tax (€ 2,10 p.p.p.n.) are extra. When your stay is longer than a week, you will become a discount of € 149,00 for the second week and evt. extra weeks.
