Open kitchen with dining table. Refrigerator with small freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron in the utility room, ironing board and clothes horse in the utility room. 
Two bedrooms with single beds (210cm), in a flatscreen TV - high chair.
Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and separate shower (stepless access). - Separate guest WC.
Large partially covered balcony (24 m2) with dining area and access from the kitchen and living room, sun lounger, parasol.
A communal, lockable bicycle garage and parking space in front of the house are available. 
A charging station for electric cars is located in front of the entrance to the complex.
