Modern furnished semi-detached vacation home for up to five people, with communal heated pool (open during summer months and only for guests of private area De Schakel.). The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September. 
 
Entrance into hall with toilet and laundry room.
Living room with digital television (with foreign channels) and DVD player.
Kitchen with fridge and freezer, combi-oven, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with two single beds (both 90x200), 1 with a double bed (with removable toppers of 80x200) and 1 with a single bed 90×190).
A bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink are also on the 1st floor.
 
From the living room you can access the backyard through large sliding doors. 
Tiled, semi-covered terrace with lounge sofa and dining furniture.
Following is artificial grass and at the back of the garden a shed with space for storing bicycles and an outdoor shower. 

From the enclosed garden there is direct access through a gate to the communal garden with swimming pool and a small playground.
 
The house is fully insulated, equipped with central heating, smoke detectors, window screens, equipped with WIFI and has a private parking space.
 
Pets are not allowed.
 
Distance to the beach about 600 meters. Distance to the Zoutelande about 1500 meters.
